How to read a product listing

Every inventory card is designed to answer the same questions: where the product is from, which exact version it is, what the package looks like, what the current status is, and which code identifies it. Reading those fields in a consistent order prevents mix-ups between related products.

Read each card from top to bottom

Begin with the package photo and brand label, then read the complete product name. Next check origin and current status, followed by price and inventory code. The bell is for restock notifications; the plus control opens a larger product image. The website is a showcase and list-building tool, not an online checkout.

Origin and brand

Japan, China, Korea, and TEREA / IQOS are separate catalog sections. The brand heading groups related products within those origins.

Status and price

Available, packs left, and sold out are live inventory labels. Products marked sold out are excluded from Create Your Own List.

Product code and photo

JP, CN, KR, and other inventory codes provide an exact reference. Use the enlarged package photo when names are similar.

Q&A

Ordering, minimum, pickup, shipping, and payment information.

Status labels can change without changing the product page

A product guide has a stable URL so it can be found again, while the live inventory data can move between available, low stock, and sold out. This is why a search result may lead to a product guide even when the current status has changed.

Use product names and codes when messaging. A request such as “JP-0018 Supasawa Blueberry 5mg” is clearer than a request based only on color or a cropped photo.

Frequently asked questions

Why can a sold-out product still have a product page?

The page remains useful for identification and restock discovery. Current stock is shown on the live inventory card.

What does the plus button do?

It opens a larger view of the product image so package details are easier to compare.

Does the website accept payment or checkout?

No. The website creates an order list and provides product information. Final availability and ordering are confirmed by message.
